Rules and Regulation

Qualification
1. All contestants must not reach the age of 21. (Colleges students must show your “Student Card”).
2. All songs which are handed up must be your own original work and must not be copied from other sources.
3. All works must not have sensitive issues. (Eg: Politic, sex and religion.)
4. Songs can be in 3 languages:a) Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) English
5. Contestants whom have come up with an album cannot take part in this competition.
6. A group can only come up with a maximum number of THREE songs.
7. Maximum number of contestant in a group is 8 persons.

Instruments
1.Any kind of music instruments is allowed in performance.
2.Keyboard and drum sets will be prepared by organizer.
3.Any other musical instruments requirement must be brought by participants themselves.
4.Own invention of musical instruments is the best.

Markings
1.More points will be given on lyrics and melody.
2.Overall performances are also important.
3.Total points will be given based on lyrics,melody,participant's performance,music composing and creativity.
4.Invited judges are Malaysian experienced singers or composers.
5.The judges' decision is final and all complains will not be accepted.
